For almost 8 years we have engaged Manus Dei for our parish IT services. The technicians who have provided for our needs have been very professional, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. The turnaround time is quick and end results thorough. If an issue can be resolved remotely, it happens very quickly. If it requires a site visit, it is scheduled in a very timely manner. Technicians visit us on site on a regular basis just to check in to see how everything is going. This "face time" provides a great service and connection between company and client. One thing we like about this company is the annual fixed-price contract that allows us to budget accurately for our IT services. Some months the work performed far exceeds the monthly payment; some months, the work required is minimal....hopefully, it all averages out over the year. The thing that stands out the most with this company is that everyone involved in its operations, from owner, support staff to the technicians, are very faith-filled, people of God. We find this very refreshing in our secular world!
